The 4th annual Whole Notes Dinner benefiting the North American Choral Company was held this past Saturday at Koetsier Greenhouse on Spaulding Ave. The event featured a five course dinner prepared by five local chefs. Beer and wine were provided from local businesses Brewery Vivant and Art of the Table, respectively.

Jayne Schietma, executive director of the North American Choral Company, said "The chefs were each asked [to participate] by Ashley Nichols who was a part of the Whole Notes committee and is the general manager of the Bluewater Grill. I was so excited and pleased with the chefs, their eagerness to participate, the incredible food they prepared, and willingness to share with the guests there passion for local foods. All of the chefs are passionate about what they do and sharing with the community."
