Master basic knife skills and learn techniques to perfect cuts so your food cooks evenly and looks beautiful! Our Chef will teach you a variety of skills from proper hand placement to fundamental cuts to honing and sharpening your knives at home. Learn to dice, mince, and julienne a variety of produce. Our chef will use the freshly chopped produce and herbs to demonstrate a light dinner for your enjoyment.
