Join guest instructor George Hedgepeth, from Briar Patch Outdoors, to learn about foraging for edible weeds and wild plants. This class will cover edible plant identification and safety considerations for foraging. Learn the useful plants of an area - those that are food, fiber, medicine, poison, or in other ways utilitarian.
