Kids say (and draw) the darndest things -- including works of art, inspired by the Red Cross, and including superheroes, snipers, and someone named Kirby.
Come stop by the Grand Rapids Public Library Main Branch downtown from September 23 to 27, during ArtPrize, and VOTE for your favorite finalist from your local Red Cross "Helping Hands" art contest! The top 12 will be featured in a 2010 Red Cross calendar!
Voting will take place in the Children's section at the GRPL and volunteers with more information about the Red Cross will be on hand to answer all your pressing questions.
Get your vote in now (and perhaps launch the career of a future artist-in-the-making...)
