On June 15, 2017 from 5:00 p.m. - 7:30 p.m., Grandville Avenue Arts and Humanities will be hosting their annual fundraiser at the Goei Center.
On June 16, 2017, the Grand Rapids Downtown Market will host “Market Masters 2, Back for Seconds." Proceeds from the event will benefit the Downtown Market Education Foundation, which supports culinary and nutritional education, entrepreneur opportunities and local food production.

Opera Grand Rapids’ production of “The Barber of Seville,” hitting the DeVos Performance Hall stage May 12 and 13, 2017, features a mezzo-soprano that recently performed the production’s star role at The Metropolitan Opera.

Over the first week of April, a group of Cook Arts Center students enjoyed their spring break by attending a four-day art camp. The camp was held in partnership with Kendall College of Art and Design (KCAD)
