Six new winter exhibitions will open, showcasing the works of Lisa Kellner, Mira Burack & Narine Kchikian, Carrie Olson, Joel Seah, Juliane Beth Shibata, and the group exhibition (S)edition: Prints as Activism. Meet the artists, explore their work and enjoy amazing food with a cash bar. Free admission.

Founded in 1977, the Urban Institute for Contemporary Arts (UICA) is Michigan’s largest contemporary arts center and a dynamic, multidisciplinary laboratory for the advancement of the art of our time. UICA actively challenges both artists and audiences to new levels of dialogue, creative pursuit, reflection, and illumination through: groundbreaking visual arts exhibitions, thought-provoking performances and presentations, studio programs for local artists, cutting edge films, as well as educational and expressive arts programs for youth and adults.
