About: I have been practicing heart-centered, alignment based yoga with my teachers, Behnje Masson and Rick Powell since 2006. I love that yoga challenges me to grow through personal contemplation, and through the honest and loving reflection and support of teachers and community. I also love that yoga has given me the gift of playfulness- I know I will be doing backbends and handstands when I'm 90!
