- About: I have spent the past two decades increasing the effectiveness of leaders, organizations and communities. I teach, coach and consult on topics related to leading change including vision casting, systems thinking, stakeholder engagement, organizational strategy, program development, talent alignment, impact evaluation, generational differences and data-driven decision making. I teach Strategic Management and Planning for the College of Community and Public Service at Grand Valley State University. I’m a passionate Westsider and married to Brian, with whom I share four grown children and two grandsons.
