New local Pitbull rescue hosts first West Michigan screening of Film "Beyond the Myth" Fundraiser

New local Pitbull rescue here in West Michigan Keiffer and Friends Pit Bull Rescue is kicking off the 2014 year strong with the first ever screening of the film called Beyond The Myth here in West Michigan. The film digs deep into the hot button issue of breed specific legislation looking at both sides of the issue. The film also goes deep into the myths that the public has about Pitbulls as well to show you how the breed really is versus what you are told the pit bull is. Keiffer and Friends has brought this film to the West Michigan area to help educate the public about the breed to show you how they really are in an area where this has not really been done before. The organization is here to educate, advocate, and the big one to rescue these amazing dogs right here in West Michigan an issue and a breed that is alone and filling shelters. They need a voice and Keiffer and Friends has brought that voice alive for them. They are using this film not only to educate the public but to raise awareness about the breed and to let the public know who they are and that they are here to help in a fun way to get the whole family involved.
