Grand Rapids Wellness is excited to offer this FREE series of wellness classes - you'll find the press release about our first class, below, along with our remaining schedule of classes. * * * * * On Thursday, April 28 from 6:30-7:30pm, Grand Rapids Wellness will offer the kick-off class in their series - Keeping GR Well: Free Wellness Classes. This month, Dr. Doug deVries, Chiropractor, and Kristin Swann, Acupuncturist, will teach you how to Break the Allergy Cycle. In this class, participants will learn self-massage techniques, exercises, and what foods and supplements aid you best in improving your year-round immunity. The schedule of classes for the remainder of the year is as follows. All classes are held from 6:30-7:30pm: May 26 - Eating for Health vs. Dieting: How to Permanently Change Your Metabolism June 30 - Women's Health July - No class.
