Forest Hills Northern High School Art in the Running in Shoe Competition

The Forest Hills Northern Art Department entered the Vans Custom Culture Shoe competition. Four students; Natasha Jarardan, Meghal Jarardan, Keegan Zimdar and Pravalika Gogireddy handpainted four pairs of shoes. Laura Madison was notified that we had been selected in the top 50 throughout the country! There are five Regions, top 10 in each Region was posted.
This is a popular vote...we can only win if everyone votes for Northern. Please vote at http://www.vans.com/customculture/ and tell your students, friends and family to vote April 25 - May 2nd. On May 3rd five top winners, one from each Region, will be announced. Forest Hills Northern Art Department will be awarded $20,000 for our program! with potential to win another $50,000!
