Dwelling Place is pleased to announce the 8th Annual Heartside Neighborhood Talent Show! On Thursday, March 29th at 5:30pm, the Ladies Literary Club will be hosting a showcase of the talents of over 20 Heartside residents. Come and marvel at these displays of creativity, straight out of one of the most diverse and vibrant neighborhoods in Grand Rapids!

The popularity of talent shows on television suggests that many people love watching unknown performers get on a stage to give it their best. Talent often resides in the most unexpected locations; the 8th Annual Heartside Talent Show will be an amazing evening of entertainment and a chance to witness the incredible capability and ingenuity of the Heartside population. Performances will include the great, Walter Pinder playing Saxophone to the beautiful melody of “Dance with my Father,” and Queen B delivering spoken word poetry.

Tickets for the event can be purchased for $5 at Dwelling Place from the 1st of March. “Heartside’s Got Talent” is guaranteed to be an exciting evening of talent and community! Be sure you are there to watch friends, neighbors, and familiar faces as they belt it out, bust a move, and put their best face forward. Singers will be accompanied by a live, professional band!

This event is supported by Dwelling Place and the businesses and residents of Heartside.
