Mission: "Promoting the Education and Understanding of Culture through International Films" Chiaroscuro International Film Series promotes cultural diversity and awareness for West Michigan students and community members through the presentation of international films and visiting speakers. Designed as a 5-6 part film series from January through March each year, Chiaroscuro also gives local filmmakers a venue for their short films before each feature showing. In the spirit of bringing people together and expanding all of our horizons, Chiaroscuro provides an opportunity for education and conversation that adds to the fabric of our growing, vibrant community.
