About: Stacy Stout is the new Assistant to the City Manager in Grand Rapids. Prior to taking on this newly created role, she worked as a Program Manager in Grand Rapids for the W.K.Kellogg Foundation and brings a racial equity and community empowerment lens to her work in City Hall where she support the City's neighborhood initiatives, role in the annual Grand Rapids Neighborhood Summit, and implementation of City recommendations from the 2015 SAFE report. She lives and works in Grand Rapids and is a proud GRPS parent.
