Uccellos in Standale is hosting The Project, a GVSU group who's motto is "Renewing Michigan, one student at a time" below is information about The Project as a whole, and at the bottom is the event information, happening THIS WEDNESDAY!
Description
Our program consists of four component projects: The Learning Project, The Service Project, The Management Project, and The Sustainability Project.
The Learning Project strives to provide students with access to leadership and professional development opportunities. Alternative exposure to traditional learning at conferences will allow students to gain the networking and collaboration skills to transform Michigan.
The Service Project strives to instill cultural awareness, communication skills, and an understanding of learning in an environment outside of the classroom. These students will lead and participate in hands-on service projects to change their communities in Michigan.
The Management Project strives to provide insight into navigating the administration of public, nonprofit, and health systems. Trained leaders will provide the tools to promote a better Michigan.
The Sustainability Project strives to create a system of events planned and implemented by students. Through the generation of funds, students will build the foundation for making an impact within Michigan.
Mission
The Project strives to promote collaboration between Hospitality and Tourism Management (HTM) and the School of Public, Nonprofit, and Health Administration (SPNHA) students at Grand Valley State University to increase their marketability.
DRINK SPECIALS on tall domestic drafts, and a red and green liquor drink! For every drink bought, a dollar is donated!!

Shopping from vendors, local artists, and crafters! If you need any Christmas shopping done, here is the place to be :) Everything from headbands to full out paintings-- a portion will help "The Project" and support local artists!! Come get your shopping done in one place :)
Door prizes!
Silent Auction with prizes from local salons, Carabbas and more of your favorite locations!
15% of your bill will go towards “The Project”!
Come join us for an Ugly Sweater Party!
4:00-9:00pm (Dining Fundraiser)
6:00-8:00pm (Shopping & Silent Auction)
Donate gentally used clothing for “In the Image” or come dressed in holiday attire and receive an entry for our door prize!
