This past storm put our roads to the test. How do you think your City is doing with keeping your streets cleared this winter?

They're great! We never have a problem getting down our street. Now if only they'd take care of our driveway too...

Plows have usually gone through in a timely manner, though not always as soon as I need them.

We seem to be the last ones to get our roads cleared. It happens eventually, but not as soon as others.

Our street rarely gets plowed, if at all! We seem to have been forgotten.

The city hasn't plowed our

The city hasn't plowed our street once this year. One of my neighbors finally plowed a path down it on Sunday and again this morning. (FWIW, they haven't picked up my Xmas tree in 4+ weeks, either, although now the tree is at the bottom of a snowbank.)

Is there a pattern?

I live in a neighborhood where some of the roads are plowed while others are not. I intentionally bike a slightly farther route home because I'll be on a fairly trafficked road that has been plowed for more of the time.

i'd venture a guess

When I lived on an inner street of Baxter, we rarely, i mean Rarely, had our street plowed.  We actually switched to a four wheel drive vehicle while living there so we could get home and back four months of the year.  I am so thankful now to live on a main street.  The main thoroughfares seem to be the only ones that get regularly plowed in my neighborhood.
