From food trucks to free fitness classes, the YMCA of West Michigan has amazing opportunities to get healthy for no cost. The HUB is a free fitness program with 15 sites all over Grand Rapids. These fitness classes include Zumba, yoga, male basketball and many more. Classes are available both in Spanish and English. To learn more and see the calendar of free fitness classes go to GRYMCA.org.  During the show a YMCA instructor shows us exercise moves that we can even do at the office.

The Rapidian, a program of the 501(c)3 nonprofit Community Media Center, relies on the community’s support to help cover the cost of training reporters and publishing content.

We need your help.

If each of our readers and content creators who values this community platform help support its creation and maintenance, The Rapidian can continue to educate and facilitate a conversation around issues for years to come.
