Ottawa Hills: From Pig Farm to Thriving Neighborhood

In the early 1900s, the 160-acre pig farm owned by Nelson Higbee was purchased and developed into a 9 hole golf course. Over the next 20 years, the golf course changed hands several times, ultimately to become Ottawa Hills.
