Summer Programs
Parent ESL Classes:
This summer we are offering levels of ESL instruction for parents. These sessions will run Monday - Friday two hours a day. We have limited space in the classes and are accepting referrals for testing and placement now. (Space will be reserved for refugees arriving over the summer months.)
Student ESL Classes:
We are offering small group student ESL tutoring at the same times as the parent classes. These sessions will run Monday - Friday at the same time and locations as the parent classes.
Student Groups:
Students will meet once a week to explore their communities by taking field trips to the library and area parks. Students will also learn American civics, practice English, and most importantly, have fun!
Math Club:
Math Club will meet once a week and provides students of all ages the opportunity to practice Math skills over the summer. This is great for new students arriving in the country with no math experience as well as students looking to retain and expand what they learned during the school year.
To make a referral or to sign up for classes please contact Amanda Beyer at 616-356-1934 or [email protected] Schedule will be given at time of enrollment.
