Kendall college Bodies of Art Fashion show
Contact: Katie Wright
This spring, B.O.A (Bodies of Art) will be hosting it's annual fashion show exhibiting student designs. To invoke more community outreach, we have teamed up with multiple universities, and Grand Rapids community members to make a mark on the Mid-West Michigan fashion/design world. Each year the show involves more artist, and grows into a highly anticipated community event. The spring show, Forest Floor, Friday, March 23rd at the Goei Center. Below is better description of our show Forest Floor...
"The conceptual theme, and coherent inspiration for this Spring's show is "Forest Floor". Think Mid-Summer's Night Dream, ethereal, soft neutrals, pale pinks, forest greens, and grays. Natural textures, and patterns inspire the show's theme. Designs range from elaborate evening gowns - to everyday wear inspired from this ethereal theme. There will be two sides to the "Forest", and show. The daylight, romantically soft forest, and the after-dark eerie side. Designers are encouraged to create outfits for either, or both.

I am interested in taking this. I know nothing, absolutely nothing about fashion, which may make it interesting to write about. If someone is really dying to do this, then by all means.
It's yours!
I think you could provide a really unique perspective! Can't wait to read it!
