Free Elder Care and Life’s Transitions Presentation

Thursday, June 26, 2014

4-5:30PM

The Circle of Care Network understands the obstacles and concerns that are presented to our community’s senior citizens and their families. Some issues of concern are legal planning, medical concerns, and healthcare planning. To address the growing need for sound assistance in this critical phase of life’s transition local organizations, and community leaders, have partnered together to form the Circle of Care Network.

The Circle of Care Network is a consortium of local West Michigan professional organizations dedicated to educating, preparing, and assisting families with life’s transitions. Through free seminars and presentations they provide information and resources to make life’s transitions go as smoothly as possible. Their expert partners include Elder Law attorneys and representatives from the home care and healthcare industry. Topics include:

  • Estate Planning Documents
  • Tapping into Government Benefits
  • Veteran Aid & Attendance Benefit
  • Medicaid Planning
  • In-Home Care
  • Long-term Care Planning

The Circle of Care Network will be promoting elder care awareness in June with a free educational Life’s Transitions Presentation on Thursday, June 26, 2014.
