Spectrum Health and the Downtown Market have partnered for this fun, free community yoga event! Men are invited to give yoga a try to promote Men's Health Awareness. The Downtown Market is a safe place to begin your practice with high quality instruction in a community environment.
November is also known as Movember, the month of the mustache. At this event, you could say "namaste" or "Na-mastache!"
