Food entrepreneurs using the Downtown Market's Incubator Kitchen are eligible to receive free legal assistance as part of Varnum's MiSpringboard program. Varnum recently pledged an additional $1 million to the innovative entrepreneurs creating a vibrant startup community in Michigan.
