Amethyst Bee Cakery, a micro-bakery launched in the Grand Rapids Downtown Market incubator kitchen, is now in the process of graduating and recently opened a storefront in Rockford. Owner Paula Reed offers small-batch treats including cookies, macarons, custom cakes and cupcakes.
