Come celebrate with us at the Holland Town Center (12330 James St.) to see how our vegetable garden has sprung to life, and get a taste for true farm to fork cuisine prepared using Eighth Day Farm-fresh ingredients by a stellar line-up of local chefs including Chef Lucas Grill of Public in Zeeland. You’ll also get an opportunity to try the latest craft brew from New Holland made using 100% Michigan-grown hops and named “Uncle Bert’s Farm Market Red” in tribute to the work of Eighth Day Farm. Tickets can be purchased through Eventbrite for $50 each; the money raised will go right back into the farm, which donates at least 10% of everything it grows to families in need, and doubles as a classroom for cultivating healthy and sustainable communities both locally and globally.
