Exhibition Opening at (106) Gallery and Studio

Celebrate the kickoff of the DisArt Festival by attending the opening of Access is a Civil Right: The Photography of Tom Olin at the (106) Gallery. Coupled with the annual Art.Downtown studio and shop hop, featuring several hundred artists, showing in galleries, businesses and studio spaces throughout downtown Grand Rapids, the evening presents many options to engage art.  Refreshments served.

(106) Gallery is also pleased to host artist, activist, and author Petra Kuppers for a book reception, featuring Studying Disability Arts and Culture,PalgraveMacmillan, 2014. Video selections from Kupper’s Salamander Project, by the Olimpias Collective, will also be on view in the lower level.
