This Tuesday, December 6, the Grand Rapids City Commission will meet for one of its bimonthly meetings. On the agenda for this week's meeting are a number of issues relevant to residents of Grand Rapids.

1. A hearing to discuss a possible resolution on and amendment for tax credits (Brownfield tax incentives) for two prominent buildings in the downtown area, 205 South Division and 26 Cherry.

2. Hearings to discuss proposed ordinance amendments to rates and charges for water and sewer.

As a reminder, all city commission meetings are open to the public, including the 8:10 a.m. session. The 7:00 p.m. session is also open for public comment and discussion.
