Join us to celebrate the release of Glenn Shaheen's latest volume of poetry, Energy Corridor, from the University of Pittsburgh Press, on Tuesday, March 1, from 6:30 - 8:30 pm. "In Energy Corridor, Houston, Texas is the macabre avatar for a nation that has systematically stripped political and economic power from the middle and lower classes. In these poems the speaker wrestles with the guilt and complacency of living in the world's wealthiest nation." This event is free and open to all!
