On Monday, Aug. 8, at 10 a.m., Dr. Piyush Bhatnagar will present “Healthy Bites,” a free lecture at Covenant Village of the Great Lakes, a faith-based, not-for-profit continuing care retirement community located at 2510 Lake Michigan Dr. N.W. in Grand Rapids. The program is part of the community’s monthly “Healthy U” lecture series.
Learn how a combination of nutrition, mindfulness, and exercise can play a vital role in preventing disease and maintaining overall health and well being. Bhatnager, a specialist in geriatric care, will offer tips to enhance health and wellness at any age.
