The Creston Neighborhood Association will host the second annual Movie Night at Riverside Park July 26 from 8 p.m. to 11p.m, presented by FEDCOM Credit Union.
A viewing of The Hunger Games will begin at dusk. With a PG-13 rating, those hosting the event ask no young children, please.
Tickets and seats are first come, first serve; be sure to arrive early to grab the best seats in the park. Each ticket includes entry into the event (please bring valid ID), tickets for food (to be announced) and tickets for beer, wine and grape juice. There will also be free popcorn available to all those who purchase a ticket.
Brewery Vivant will be providing Belgium style beer and Sweet Yo’s frozen yogurt will be available for purchase.
This is an opportunity to enjoy the company of those in surrounding neighborhoods.
“This event is open to everyone, not just the Creston neighborhood. This is a community event,” say Adam Clarke, coordinator of the movie night and board member of the Creston Neighborhood Association.
Those planning to attend are highly encouraged to bring chairs, blankets or any other snacks to munch on during the flick. No outside alcohol is permitted.
All proceeds from the Movie Night will be used by the Creston Neighborhood Association to fund future projects.
