Name: Paul Wittenbraker
About: Paul Wittenbraker is an artist and educator. He was executive director of UICA and is currently an associate professor of art at Grand Valley State University. He has served on boards including the Arts Council of Greater Grand Rapids and the National Association of Artists Organizations. In 1999, he started Civic Studio, which uses visual art to investigate public life in specific contexts. Civic Studio is now part of the Visual Studies studio major in the Art and Design Department at GVSU.
