The Rapidian's story fort made an appearance at the ValentICE event, put on by Downtown Grand Rapids Inc. on the Grand Rapids Art Museum patio on Wednesday, February 12. Bartels explains how she recruits new people to live and work in the area, and what she herself loves about working downtown as well as the broader West Michigan area.
