We build community when we share our stories - whether they be a memory, an experience or just simply telling what we think is great about this place. STORY MATTERS. is a story collecting project from The Rapidian and GRTV.
The Rapidian's story fort made an appearance at the "Break it Down, Make it Better" event, put on by the Avenue for the Arts and hosted by the Urban Institute for Contemporary Art on Saturday, March 1. Jaclyn Clark and Danielle Dunn live just up the hill from downtown, in the East Hills neighborhood. They share what they love about living there: walkability, easy access to downtown and even dancing with their neighbors.
You can see all the Story Matters videos archived at therapidian.org/placematters/story.
The Rapidian, a program of the 501(c)3 nonprofit Community Media Center, relies on the community’s support to help cover the cost of training reporters and publishing content.
We need your help.
If each of our readers and content creators who values this community platform help support its creation and maintenance, The Rapidian can continue to educate and facilitate a conversation around issues for years to come.
Please support The Rapidian and make a contribution today.
