While at various ArtPrize venues throughout the event, The Rapidian's Story Matters project asked several local citizens to share their stories. Delora Buford-Buchanan, artist and art educator, was last in Grand Rapids when she was 15 for a baton twirling convention. She's back now as an ArtPrize artist with her daughter, and is amazed at how the city has grown.
