Father Tom Tavella is well known for his wonderfully interesting take on how pop culture intersects with our spiritual and religious beliefs.  Tavella is a trained storyteller so when he offers a look into the Frank Capra classic Lost Horizon (restored version) followed by a lively discussion of the movie and our ideas about Shangri-La, heaven on earth, you can bet it will be thought provoking and entertaining.  Since he will be showing the movie with a discussion following, there will also be a light supper served. The cost is $10 and reservations are required.  To learn more, go to http://www.catholicinformationcenter.org or call 616-459-7267.  This program will be offered on Monday, September 16, from 4:00pm to 8:45pm
