The GR Firefighters are parking Engine No. 7 at Rosa Parks Circle from 5-7pm on Friday, July 2 for an up close and personal look at the big red truck. The crew will be on hand to meet families and hand out coloring books that have fire safety tips. EMS Ambulance crew will also park a vehicle, allowing kids (and kids at heart) the opportunity to learn more about how to stay safe and how to get help quickly when needed.
HERO NIGHT is part of the GRAM on the Green/DowntownGR Series, a collaborative event with the Grand Rapids Art Museum and the Downtown Alliance. In addition to special guests and themed nights, every Friday through August 27 also offers FREE sketching in the museum plaza, giant games in the park, great giveaways, and live music on the Museum Terrace from 5-7pm. For more details, check out the GRAM calendar website at www.artmuseumgr.org
