On December 6 from 6-10 p.m. galleries along the Division Avenue corridor will be open during evening hours for First Fridays.

The event is designed around local artisans with work for sale. Handmade goods, artwork and drink specials will be featured.

If you're looking to support local businesses and buy local this holiday season, then head down to Division Avenue where you'll find these participating shops:

Craft House will host a closing reception featuring artwork by GVSU BFA graduates Rachel Marcincavage, ceramics, and Jodi Carpenter, illustration. Refreshments will be served.

Gaspard will exhibit Beholder, a self published artist book, set to be released on December 6. Beholder is a new collection of photographs by Chris Cox. Limited copies will be available for purchase.

Parliament the Boutique will offer 10% off all in-store purchases and orders of Littlewings Designs goods. Free gift wrapping on purchases is available.
