Commissioner Bliss talks with David Doyle about the upcoming May 6 ballot proposal

On May 6, 2014, citizens will vote on a continuation of the current temporary income tax rate to repair, improve, and reconstruct our streets, sidewalks, and rights-of-way. The current income tax rate would be continued to June 30, 2030.
