Marty Thompson Arnold, President of River City Wild Ones

Host Cindy Kamp interviews Marty Thompson Arnold, President of River City Wild Ones, a not-for-profit education and advocacy organization that promotes environmentally sound landscaping practices. Arnold has been a teacher, journalist, communications director, and magazine editor, and recently wrote her first novel, Raised in Captivity. Born in Kalamazoo, she now lives on a small patch of wilderness hidden deep within the city of Grand Rapids.

The Rapidian, a program of the 501(c)3 nonprofit Community Media Center, relies on the community’s support to help cover the cost of training reporters and publishing content.
