Chadboun County authorities are investigating the death of a ten year old girl who hanged herself Monday night. She was repeatedly being bullied at school and at home.
She lived with her grandmother and mother. Her name was Jasmin McClain. Her parents described her as sweet, loving and intelligent. Her mother found her hanged with a belt in her bedroom.
Chadbourn police chief said her death was suicide. They were about to close the case, but stopped when they started checking posts on Facebook and other social media.
In conclusion, Jasmin died so young because she was bullied at home and at school. She died a catastrophic way and left her family stunned.
