The butterflies are blooming this spring at the Frederik Meijer Gardens & Sculpture Park. With over 50 species of butterflies from Asia, Africa and Central and South America hundreds of butterflies can be seen daily taking flight around the tropical conservatory.
Not all species listed in the exhibition guide will be in flight at the same time. Different butterflies make their appearance at different times thought out the exhibit that runs through April 30.
Hours are Mon, Wed-Sat 9 a.m.- 5 p.m. Tuesday 9 a.m. - 9 p.m. and Sunday 11 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Admission for members is free. Adults are $14.50; Children 5-13 is $7.00; 3-4 years is $4.00 and under 3 are free. For more information, visit this link.
