Music Director Laureate David Lockington returns to lead the Grand Rapids Symphony in Dvořák’s Symphony No. 6. The Grand Rapids Symphony Chorus joins the orchestra for Vaughan Williams’ Dona Nobis Pacem, and the GRS gives the world premiere of “Gathering Sunset,” inspired by the paintings of Mathias Alten, by composer and GRS cellist Jeremy Crosmer at 8 p.m. Friday and Saturday, November 18-19.
