THIS THURSDAY JUNE 23d 2016 @ 1130am THE ROSA PARKS CIRCLE CONCERT SERIES welcomes for the FIRST TIME, pianist, attorney, musician, and Youtube sensation, Matthew Ball aka The Motor City Boogie Woogie Kid to its Stage of performers and events. Now with more than 3.5 million Youtube views of his music, regular standing ovations, capacity crowds, and sell-out performances, Ball has been described as “Michigan’s Leading Boogie-Woogie Man.”
In 2001 Ball left the practice of law to turn back to his first love, Music. Today, he performs and tours successfully throughout the Midwest and Canada as a Jazz, Blues, Boogie-Woogie & Swing Pianist, with descriptions of his performances like “Awesome!” “Brilliant!” and “FANTASTIC!”
