Citizens gathered Sunday night at the Jam for Democracy rally event held at the Orbit Room. Petitioners from the Committee to recall Rick Snyder were on site working to get signatures that would remove Governer Snyder from office. 807,000 total signatures are needed by August 5th to acheive this goal (25% of the total votes from the last gubernatorial election). The group is aiming for 1 million. Citizens shared their reasons for attending the event with The Rapidian.
