Coat drop off at Bengtson Center /Eric Tank
The Bengtson Center for Aesthetics and Plastic Surgery along with fashion retailer jb and me will be collecting new womens and childrens coats through December 23. They will partner with Alpha Women's Center and Baxter Community Center to distribute the coats to area women and children in need.
Dropoff locations are provided at the Bengtson Center and jb and me. This is the fourth year running.
“Giving a coat can be our community’s way to show the warmth of love during the Christmas season to those who truly have a need we can meet,” says Dr. Brad Bengtson, founder of the Bengtson Center.
Gift certificates for half off a skin care treatment at Bengtson as well as holiday discounts at jb and me will be given to those who donate new coats (with tags).
The Rapidian, a program of the 501(c)3 nonprofit Community Media Center, relies on the community’s support to help cover the cost of training reporters and publishing content.
