Here, one of the Fish Lad fishmongers beautifully butchers and filets halibut. Fish Lads recieves daily deliveries of whole fish which they butcher and filet on site. Based on the seasons, they get most of thier fish from the Great Lakes regions, but they do also recieve product from both US coastlines.
