Have a musical interlude in the library! As you browse the collection, enjoy a performance by Tokyo Morose. In its inception, the Grand Rapids-based band, Tokyo Morose, has a rather blatant electro-acoustic sound, mixing pump organ, bells, drums, strings and acoustic guitars with subtle sampler and drum machine programming. The band has since began incorporating synthesizer, electric guitar, laptop programming and more samplebased rhythms into their songs. Tokyo Morose's newest album “Sequence of Steps” won a Jammie for Best Alternative Album of the Year in 2013.
