The benefits of Meditation and Mindfulness are so numerous that it seems appropriate for everyone take a look at how they could bring such a practice into their lives. Teachers will review how the mind works and how easy it is to return the mind to a state of natural relaxation. They will discuss the mind-body connection, so that as the mind returns to a state of relaxation, the body follows, and the body then has an opportunity to heal itself naturally. They will review the benefits of a daily practice. It is a live presentation and time is available for questions and answers.
