Tera Qualls manages communications and online product development for the Dorothy A. Johnson Center for Philanthropy. Heather Carpenter is Assistant Professor in the school of Public, Nonprofit and Health Administration at GVSU.

The book is about results driven talent development for social change and provide a holistic process for creating an in-house training and talent development program.

Lunch will be provided. Registration is required.
