The Timothy Leadership Training Institute (TLTI) is pleased to announce the appointment of two new staff members, Jennifer Owens and Albert Strydhorst.

Since March 1, Jennifer Owens has served as the Administrative Director of TLTI, handling financial, administrative, and technological operations. She previously served as the Adult Program Director for West Michigan Center for Arts and Technology and in several roles for the State of Utah including Operations Manager, Program Specialist and Trainer. Jennifer graduated from Calvin College with a double major in Spanish and Theology and has her Master’s Degree in Public Administration from the University of Utah.

On September 1 Albert Strydhorst will begin his role as Field Operations Director, responsible to manage training activities and affiliated partners in our existing worldwide regions and eventually to develop new regions. He is presently the Lee S. Huizinga Distinguished Missionary in Residence at Calvin Theologivcal Seminary.  As an ordained minister, Albert has served in a variety of field, administrative and academic positions with Christian Reformed World Missions, primarily in Nigeria. He also served as Liaison for National Church Partnerships, facilitating mission partnerships between CRWM and West African churches and organizations. He will continue to be involved in the CTS community by teaching, participating in conferences, and strengthening global mission awareness. 

We welcome both Jennifer and Albert, who will bring a wide range of skills and experience to the ministry of the Timothy Leadership Training Institute.

The Rapidian, a program of the 501(c)3 nonprofit Community Media Center, relies on the community’s support to help cover the cost of training reporters and publishing content.
